Last Word on Habs Pod: Can’t Teach an Old Dog New Tricks

On this week’s episode of the pod, Johannes takes us inside his triumphant Hyde Cup performance. The guys thought it important to inject some joy into the show before discussing the Habs this week.

Unfortunately, the guys have to talk about the Habs, who laid another egg this past week. The guys are frustrated with how the team has looked, specifically with the coaching decisions Claude Julien has been making as of late. It’s hard to argue that the team has not looked the same since the trade deadline.

With the end of the season right around the corner, the Habs have a bunch of must-win games coming up. Do the guys believe the Habs can fight their way into the playoffs? In a word, no but they have been wrong before!
